How do you show your assistant appreciation?

My assistant has been with me for over a year. She seems to be getting burned out and I don't want that! She is amazing with the kids and helps me out so much! I am trying to think of something special to do to show her how much we appreciate her and how much she means to me.

Any ideas or tips?

Bring her FLOWERS, simple carnations even, as a Thank You for all you do! Invite her to dinner outtings near holidays or her birthday.

Gift card! For a nice dinner, or a movie. Or both?
