Which Tom Copeland Book To Get?

I am hiring an assistant in Feb. 2015 and I have a few of Tom Copeland books. However, I am trying to find the one that will help me with which tax forms, laws, and requirements for an assisnt. I have researched my state (VA) and now of the insurance and all that I need, but I just need a guide to more then just searching on line.

I LOVE Tom Copeland books and find then to be very very helpful...

Does anyone know of which book I can get? 2014 tax workbook and organizer maybe ?

Thanks!

My 2014 Family Child Care Tax Workbook and Organizer has a chapter on hiring employees. It goes through all the federal forms, not any state forms.
