Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks
Has anyone tried those? They're along the lines of the cauliflower pizza crust, which I haven't tried yet either. I bought the ingreds. to make them this week but wondered if anyone had actually made them before. Recipes are all over pinterest. They sound really good and lo-carb too.

You must have been reading my mind. I was just thinking I would like to try a cauliflower recipe....
That looks really good. I saw one for cauliflower nuggets the other day. If only I had saved the link  Maybe I'll get a chance to look for it tomorrow. Let us know how it turns out! |

I have made them and I make cauliflower pizza crust too. I like them, but it took making them a few times to get it the way I want. Use good quality cheese, too. And make sure you season them too. I forgot to salt and pepper the first time and they were very bland. Now I am hungry. :D

Here's my favorite cauliflower recipe. Although plain, fresh cauliflower IS my all time absolute favorite, this is a close second.. http://producepete.com/recipes/cauli...heesecass.html Cauliflower and Ritz crackers Serves 6 Ingredients •1 large head cauliflower •1 pound Velveeta cheese •1/2 cup milk •2 tablespoons chopped onion •1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs •3 tablespoons butter or margarine Preparing Preheat the oven to 375°F. Rinse the cauliflower and break into florets. In a medium-sized saucepan, steam the cauliflower until fork-tender (do not overcook). In a small saucepan, melt the Velveeta cheese over low heat, then add the milk and onion and stir until well blended. In a large casserole, place some of the melted cheese on the bottom and layer with cauliflower, then cracker crumbs, dot with butter or margarine, and repeat. Crumble additional cracker crumbs and place on top. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and let stand in the oven for an additional 5 minutes. |
