Child Progress Form?
 

Does anyone use this? I would like to start giving parents a progress report but have no Idea where to fin one or how to do one.

Someone else posted this a while back and I found it helpful for most ages.

She said if you e-mail her she can send you a customized copy if I remember correctly

I actually spoke to one of my childcare trainers and she mentioned that in order to offer valid and correct progress reports or child assessments you would need to have training on how to properly use a tool that is nationally recognized or something like that.
I'm actually searching for an assessment tool to use and a class or workshop that offers certified training for it.
So far I have looked at HighScope and ELS.
I'm undecided though.
