Going Group...
How on earth do I hire an assistant, do so LEGALLY, and NOT break the bank?
Hiring dd, so the state says I don't have to have comp as she is a relative. Dh has employees, and he pretty much pays their salary twice over for insurance and tax matching. If that's the case, I will take a cut in pay to double my ratio! Our accountant is only open M-F 9-4, and he won't do a phone conference, so that's out. Any advice here? I'm at a loss! I have an EIN, starting an employee handbook (any advice there) and this is all nice talk, since my new state rep WONT EVEN ANSWER MY F*** CALLS. :ouch: |
