I'm Malia. I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself before I got to caught up reading through all the great threads. I would like to start a home day care at some point because it's always been somewhat of a passion of mine. Ideally I hope to learn from all the great professionals on here and make great use of your experience and knowledge! thanks for having me! :)

Welcome!!! I have learned so much on here and it is somewhat like having co-workers when the days at home can feel lonely.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Yeah I can already get that vibe just by looking through some of the threads. Are there any that you could possibly recommend for someone new to look through?

You will find it helpful being here. I know that because you and I are in the same boat. I'm planning to start daycare, soon I hope, but I joined here a few years ago when daycare was just an idea I was contemplating. What I've learned on here definitely has me more prepared than I was.
