Almost all of my DCks have had pull-ups at nap...Almost all of my DCks have had pull-ups at nap until they leave for kinder. I use pull-ups mainly for ease of use and they can put them on themselves while I get the others ready for bed etc. |

I would start scheduling one on one time with her...I would start scheduling one on one time with her and then you can differentiate by saying it is “time to play now” vs “its mommy cuddle time now”. She is 4 so keep it simple but definitely set... |
