I’ve heard of so many pediatricians who say everything looks fine. Honestly, I don’t think they typically spend enough time interacting with the children to really see what’s going on.

I’m in Texas. I’m not sure why they’re using Lysol....like Cat Herder said above, it’s not an approved method of cleaning/disinfecting toilet seats.

It seems they could at least wipe the toilet...
