I take checks, cash, and I have taken money orders. (only 3" issues" with checks in 10 years) and they were rectified right away! I would not use paypal because of that very issue with it not being available for 3-4 days. I know a lot of providers who only take cash. I have had one family do that electronic payment from there bank but they have to send it in time for it to reach me.
