So I recently have gotten a new daycare kid and he is suppose to be full time but he is never here! The mom does let me know when he isn't going to be here sometimes its couple days and sometimes not here a whole week. I want to tell her that I am unable to hold his spot since he was suppose to be here full time and find somebody that needs full time care since i really need it financially to keep my small daycare going. What do I do?
