I would make sure everyone was laying down and then they could watch a movie.

but just for the record, I wouldnt cut out naps for kinder prep. a lot of kindergartens still do naps for one and secondly, if I cut out naps, it wouldnt be till the end of summer, a couple weeks before school starts.
