Hello.

My name is John I am in the process of buying an existing day care center in Florida. My plan us to hire a director that will handle the day to day operations including staffing. I will not actually interact much with the children i know in this day and age their is a negative view on men in the child care field. I will spend my time at home or in an office handling the paperwork.

I joined the forum to get some more experience and ideas.
