Once in your profile, if you hold your cursor over your avatar area a blue box should pop up in the bottom right side of the avatar area that says "Edit Avatar"
If you click that, another box should pop up where you can upload your custom avatar picture and edit/resize as well.
Did you do that, blackcat? If so, thanks! I was messing with it and boom, there's my avatar and i wasn't even on the blue screen yet...lol
