Can anyone point me in the right direction. I got arrested 5 or more years ago for poss of drugs i went thru a program and charge was adjudication withheld...ive been on google for 2 hours seeing sealing my record would help
but from what i read.. You can only expunged it if your charges were dropped or you werent charged/dismissed but getting them sealed i see is pointless to places like dept of children & families. Im wondering if i would be able to continue with opening a daycare with that previoua adj withheld drug charge. My live in fiance also has a few charges (drugs, stealing ccs, pawning stolen items) but like me hos charges were adj. Withheld as well. Ive put so much into this daycare i gueas should of done my reaearch! Can someone help point me in the right direction. Im in pinellas county fl (just south of tanpa/Hillsborough). Thanks
