Think of it this way. A home provider is only allowed a certain number of kids. She can not put anyone else in your child’s slot. I currently do not charge a full day to hold a slot but I’ve considered it cause I can’t put anyone else in the slot. I guess you need to evaluate is your provider good with your child? If your child is happy and well cared for? If not, find another provider.
