I lay it out like this:
"For the safety of the children presently enrolled, I don't disclose the physical address until the day of the interview."
(This way I don't have to worry about them stalking out my residence! They don't come driving by 6 times before the interview, count the parents coming and going, see the kids, etc.)
Most parents love think it's a wonderful idea and it promotes safety.
