For me they have to be able to take a bottle especially Breast fed infants. I'd require a certain amount of bm everyday and a few frozen bags as well.

If they co-sleep I won't take them.

If it's a baby that screams or you just can't put it down I wouldn't take it.

Making sure they supply you with enough diapers expecially if the cloth diaper.
