Hello all!

I'm a long time lurker on this forum but I've finally decided to join as I approach the opening of my small in home daycare. I've been tip-toeing around the idea of running my own DC for years now, and I'm finally ready to take the plunge.

I'm currently a stay at home mom to two small boys with a few years of previous experience working in a Montessori school and another's home daycare. I'm here to learn and hopefully avoid the obvious mistakes as I embark on this exciting journey. If you've got any tips on where to start I would be grateful!
