The one also bounced two checks and they sent me down the hall to the county prosecutor. He said that they will send her a letter and if retribution is not made in 10 days they'll issue a warrant for her arrest. Part of me hope she doesn't pay. tehehe
Oooo! I never even thought about that. I'm filing that in the back of my mind just in case I ever have a client who bounces checks with me (but doesn't reimburse everything per the contract).
