The first thing I would do is address it with the website & try to get them to take it down.
The next thing I'd do is write a strongly worded cease and desist letter to the person who wrote it in the first place. MarinaVanessa had a good one in this thread:

If that doesn't take care of it I'd contact a lawyer.
