I do this, wasn't really by choice at first, most parents just tend to put them in a preschool center about age 3 anyway. BUT I have found the few times I have a child over 3 that they just don't fit as well. I have limits on under 1 year old and under 2 year old but its ok since I can only have 5 total anyway. I just work within the limits up to my 5 kids.
