I'm single with no children of my own so my spare bedroom is no big loss. Especially since I can close the door. And my kitchen being overrun doesn't bother me because my nephews spend a lot of time with me so there would be kid stuff in there anyway. But I want to have a living room again. That is one of the biggest reasons I want to use the garage. Well, my new living room is kind of small too. Thanks for the links! I'll check those out.
