I've had several kids who walk on the ball of their feet.

I've never had shoes that fall off.
I wonder if the shoes are just really ill-fitting?

I require shoes with laces (no Velcro or slip on shoes).

I'm just not understanding how a properly fitted shoe that is tied securely can fall off...kwim?
