I do a one week deposit that goes to the last week of care. Payments are due on Fridays for the next week of care, so theoretically they would have to give notice as they were paying for the next week and then the deposit will cover their last week. If they don't provide two weeks notice they forfeit the use of the deposit.

My contract says if they pull or are terminated for any reason during the trial period (2 weeks) I will refund the deposit.
