4 weeks written notice per child. Notice is to be submitted in writing on the child's last day of attendance for the week. Because my time off is all paid and accrued, I calculate the total balance for the final weeks and subtract any deposit and give them an invoice within a couple days of receiving notice. They are then responsible for paying the full invoice amount the next Friday.
