I do not have any back problems due to day care. Like Black Cat I do not carry kids, if I do need to lift a child I do so appropriately, etc. I do try to keep myself active through out the day and keep my weight right for my size.
I tend to take stress in my neck/shoulders but that's always been the case. I'm going for a massage on Friday
