As a provider, I can't cast my vote for someone that wants to change the definition of child CARE to child education.
QRIS WILL become mandatory for all.
Most will be left providing care to infants and toddlers only and that's only if their areas aren't provided with increased funding for Early Head Start/Head Start. A program that has already been deemed a HUGE financial failure..
