I would understand if she was nursing and was partially exposed, but she's just standing in my entry way talking to me like no big deal.

There is nothing sexual about a breast besides what America has made them. The WHO recommends breastfeeding until the age of 2. Most countries breastfeed anywhere from 2-4 as the normal age before self weaning.

Breastfed babies will indeed play with boobs as non breastfed babies play with bottles.
