I'm right on the border of MN (Fargo/Moorhead) and a ton of our clients live in Moorhead, MN so we have all of their school agers until the schools re-open. All of our MN clients are understanding and smart through the situation, no complaints about bars and restaurants closing... which is why it's so weird that all of our ND families who are literally ~maybe~ 5 or 10 minutes away from MN are complaining about public closures and restaurants and bars who have decided to close.... Apparently our mall and movie theaters have been packed today by high schoolers. 
I couldn't even imagine going out in this unless I really needed to!
I live near a border city (Duluth/Superior) as well.
