To make scheduling easier in the past I've I offered parents that use 3 days a week two options:
OPTION #1 Pay $100 per week for 3 SET days REGARDLESS of closures or holidays. No swapping days or adding days.
OR
OPTION #2 Pay $130 for 3 DIFFERENT days of the week. (BUT those days must be scheduled a minimum of 2 full weeks in advance.)
Parents don't change back and forth between option #1 and option #2. They choose ONE option and that's that. 
He always comes Monday Wednesday and Thursday.
Apparently it is my issue she is behind at work. Those are his days and I'm not switching. She could of brought him yesterday, I was open.
