I agree with this. You MIGHT be able to ensure the child is fed right now, but that's only when he is with you. What about when he is at home?
I am sensitive to this as I have a son who grew up in a household that didn't adequately provide for him in many ways and one of those was food. I've heard the saddest stories like trying to fix extreme hunger with a "wish sandwich" (bread and pretending it had something in it) for meals.
Please report this. If nothing else, it at least begins to leave a paper trail so if a teacher calls in something similar later on there was this initial report...
