How sad.
I have one family that always does that, too. She ALWAYS brings her kids when she has the day off and I'm open. I decided to be closed today since none of my families needed care and I rarely get days with my youngest anymore. She was so annoyed that she couldn't dump them off with me. She has admitted to me that she's ready to send them back to daycare by Saturday night. I'll never understand.
