I hear you...but as a parent it's an added plus to not have to worry about backup care. I mean if I as a parent had someone who could watch my kid I wouldn't need daycare. You know? LOL! Most family/friends also work. I'd really like to provide backup care if possible. I think it takes a lot of stress off parents.
