Thanks for the suggestions everyone!!! I had my first (legitimate) response to my craigslist ad. So we will see if that turns out. I put an ad in a couple more local papers today too. I am waiting on my business cards to come in the mail, so once they come I will bombard my friends and family with them, lol! I definitely am learning alot from you all.
MarinaVanessa - Congrats to you also! I am a little concerned that my pregnancy will scare some parents away. I am confident that I can handle it though. My grandmother will be staying with me for the first couple of weeks. And with my son I went back to work after 3 weeks, with my son in tow!
I didn't really think about the whole sick days thing. I actually had it written in my contract already. I guess I am letting my stress get in the way of my brain cells again, lol.
