I agree but try and tell THAT to TX state licensing. In centers you are REQUIRED to have activity plans (feeding schedules as well for infants that must be signed and dated each month) for ALL age groups. These plans must be updated and posted blah blah blah.
I don't know about home day cares but that's how it is in centers.
