I agree with what all of these ladies are saying. Do you have a parent hand book? I had the same problem until I realized that I was a good provider and I deserve more. I termed the families that where stressing me out and replaced. There are good families out there. I have a grandfather tell me last week that we were doing an amazing job with dcb.
