I work in a center so we have to follow their guidelines. Parents are not allowed to drop off before we open and if they pick up after closing they are charged a late fee.
I do like for a parent to send me a text message or email if they are going to drop off later than 9 am or pick up before nap time is over. Most of them a pretty good about doing so—at least the parents this year.
