Yes, Udi's is by FAR the best commercial GF bread! And I do love their bagels (mmm...could go for a ham and cheese on a bagel right about now!). I was really happy when my regular grocery store started carrying Udis. I've never seen/heard of 123 gluten free. I'll have to look around.
Don't listen to Silver....she's crazy!!! (she even said so)
...and I bet she doesn't have a Phd. either....lol!!
