When you consider the Lawsuit happy world we live in and that desperate people do desperate things (poor economy leads to desperate people), I personally would not operate a Child Care facility in home or not, without it. I am an insurance professional and do not say this to make a sale but from a standpoint of being a Self employed individual who can not afford to pay for an attorney out of pocket much less settle up on a $500,000 lawsuit and remain in business.
