ok, so the meat isn't a problem...have the cows in our pasture and freezer, pigs in their pen and chicken from my chicken lady.

But, what is considered processed other foods...again, the beans in a can? What about frozen peas or mixed veges (not my first choice but they happen), cream of mushroom soup, yogurt (pretty sure that is a yes)...
