I like my personal bubble space.
I really don't mind the kids getting in it occasionally because that's how kids are.... but lady, when I pick up your child after you've taken her coat and shoes off, please don't lean in 2 inches from my face to give her a kiss. You're a nice lady, for sure, but I don't enjoy your lips so close to me and smelling what you had for breakfast.
