Congrats on opening and already having two kids! As for your dcm, do not let her daughter stay for care if the payment, including any and all late fees are paid in full. Ever. She sounds like she will be trouble and you could nip it in the bud now and hopefully she’ll get on board with following the rules or if you dont stand your ground and you let her tell you what she’s going to do she will cause you all sorts of problems in the long run. She may be trying to take advantage of you since you’re new.
