Not true. I have lived on 4 different HOA communities over the last several years.
10 years of daycare and never once have I had an issue.
In fact there are laws to protect you from HOA stopping you.
To my knowledge. The only thing I can't do is have any form of business advertisement on my property outside that is visible for the public to see.
