She copied your photos? That,I believe, is definitely a cease & desist thing, especially if there's kids in the pics. You may have legal authority to disseminate the pictures, but she didn't have Timmy & Natasha's parents sign forms for her to post their pics...She could be in trouble for that. Or, do yu mean she copied the staging & style of your pics?
