This is kind of how I do it. But, when a family of 1 stays with you for 5 or 6 years,,,,,,which is GREAT!, still getting paid $15 a day, same as when started 5 years ago, is quite low. I haven't figured out how to go about raising the rates at least once with these families, I am always thinking it will make them mad. I have go to work on this though, I am screwing myself big time not keeping my rates with the inflation.
