You are dealing with morning sickness (I had it bad with my pregnancies so I feel for you), so why add more to your plate? Even if it was good money, I would say no. 30 minutes earlier it's a LONG time in the morning.
I agree. This is not your problem to solve for her. She'll either make 7:00 work or find someone else to watch her son. If you weren't dealing with morning sickness and you wanted to open early, it would be one thing but since you are, take care of yourself first and foremost. If someone has to feel inconvenienced tomorrow, it might as well be her and not you.
