I termed once due to agressive behavior . I had a discussion with dcp on the first act of unprovoked agression and told them if it happened agin then I would not be able to continue care for their child . Things got better for while . Then there was a second incident . I told the parent that I was no longer able to care for their child due to the agression issues he was having .I did also word this in their term letter .

I never wrote that I was not capable of handling his behavior , just that I was terming for unprovoked agression towards others .

I would take out the please accept this letter part and just put the letter is to inform her of the termination due to ........( whatever reason you decide ) .
