I would have asked to speak to her supervisor and filed a complaint about her. They are there to help you, not make you feel stupid. That was a bad licensor and I feel bad that you had to deal with that.
I hope that she was just new and I would have just told her that I wanted it documented and in my file because I was afraid that she might be upset and file a false claim. Ugh, I hate that it happened to you.
