unless its a medical thing I don't do the "free" things. Because these are same ones who I see eating take out food too. Also, I think there is a problem with people understanding the difference between allergy and intolerance. Like my ds, if he has penicillin he will break out in hives, acually the next time could be bad, but dd can't have yellow dye because she will keep throwing up till its out of her system, thats not an allergy she just can't tolerate the color.
