If I were to make my own I'd have to find images still. I have a weird thing about using images without people's permission (I used to shoot stock photography and it sucks getting stolen from) AND I like things to look real vs. being clip-art.
Sounds like I'm either going to have to figure something out and get over some of my weird issues...
I would probably still use the one you have and just ping if out that it was a stock photo. It might win you some brownie points to pin that out to parents. I didn't even notice it but I don't and have never done infant care.
Just like you don't feel good about the age group you mentioned. I don't feel good about infants. They scare me. Lol.
